Tampa Breastfeeding Center is currently offering insurance coverage for Aetna, Humana, United Health Care, UMR, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Florida Blue, CIGNA, Meritain, GEHA, Coventry, and First Health. Some insurance policies are subject to co-pay. Click here to book your appointment.
For all other insurances, payment is expected at the time of service. You may pay by cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Our services are also eligible under Flex Spending and Health Savings accounts. We offer an itemized superbill so you can submit for reimbursement on your own. Please note that we cannot guarantee insurance reimbursement, but what we can guarantee is that our prices will be kept at a lower rate so that everyone can afford quality care.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand things come up. If you must cancel your appointment, we ask for a minimum 12 hour advanced notice. Late cancellations (with less than 12 hours’ notice) and/or no-shows who wish to reschedule will be required to leave a 50% deposit at the time of rescheduling.
Refund Policy:
Products: There are no refunds/returns for personal breast pumps, pump kits, pump accessories or any other breastfeeding accessories. Herbal products do not carry a guarantee and cannot be returned for a refund.
Services: There are no refunds on any services delivered, including classes, as services do not come with any guarantees.
