Preferred Provider

Currently Tampa Breastfeeding Center, LLC is a Fee-for–Service practice. Payment is expected at the time of service. You may pay by cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Our services are also eligible under Flex Spending and Health Savings accounts. However, we are preferred Aetna, Tricare, Meritain and Coventry Providers and will bill your insurance for you. Families with other health insurance policies beginning on or after August 1, 2012 are finding that they are being reimbursed for lactation services and provided a breast pump at no cost. At this time, Tampa Breastfeeding Center, LLC is working to add other insurance companies to better serve out patients. If we are not a preferred provider for your insurance carrier, we will always provide you with a “superbill” to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please note that we cannot guarantee insurance reimbursement, but what we can guarantee is that our prices will be kept at a lower rate so that everyone can afford quality care.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand things come up. If you must cancel your appointment, we ask for a minimum 12 hour advanced notice. Late cancellations (with less than 12 hours’ notice) and/or no-shows who wish to reschedule will be required to leave a 50% deposit at the time of rescheduling.

Refund Policy:

Products: There are no refunds/returns for personal breast pumps, pump kits, pump accessories or any other breastfeeding accessories. Herbal products do not carry a guarantee and cannot be returned for a refund.

Services:  There are no refunds on any services delivered, including classes, as services do not come with any guarantees.
